3. Shipping Timeframes:


3.1. Order Processing: Every order undergoes meticulous processing within {Specify processing time, e.g., 1-7 business days}. Please note that we don’t process orders on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, there might be slight delays in shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


3.2. Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time depends on your location and your selected shipping method during checkout. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, please understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect delivery times.


4. Shipping Costs:


4.1. Domestic Shipping: For orders within (India), shipping costs are calculated during checkout, based on the weight and dimensions of your items and your chosen shipping method.


4.2. International Shipping: Currently we are only taking orders with in India.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:


Please be aware that DEVDOOT PRODUCT is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with your order. These additional fees, if applicable, are your responsibility and are determined by customs authorities.


7. Damages:


Regrettably, we cannot assume liability for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. We kindly ask that you retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claims process.


8. Returns:


8.1. Returning Products: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, we assure you that every product you receive from us will be in excellent condition.


8.2. Returning Non-Glass Products: Yes, we gladly accept returns for non-glass products.


8.3. Not Happy with the Product: For Glass products, we do not have a return policy in place. We recommend that before placing your order, you reach out to us via WhatsApp at (+91 8588834003) to request a photo of the glass you wish to purchase. Please understand that once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accept returns for glass product due to their sensitivity to stress.
